For local customers, catalogs will be delivered within two days. For other customers located in area countries where we have an authority to provide sales, customer service, and application support, it may change based on your shipment destination and it will not be more than a week.
To be able to place an order, you should submit your purchase order to us by e-mail via sales@iensol.com which authorizes your purchase.
A purchase order is the official confirmation of an order. It is a document sent from a purchaser to a vendor that authorizes a purchase.
While some information may vary, purchase orders generally include the name of the company purchasing the goods or services, date, the description and quantity of the goods or services, price, a mailing address, payment information, invoice address, and a purchase order number.
We appreciate all orders, so IENSOL usually has no minimum order requirement. In some cases, the minimum quantity may be required for the purchase of some products like chemicals and consumables. You will be advised of this at the time when you request a quote.
Yes! We have access to most of our suppliers’ complete product lines. Our Application Specialists and Sales Engineers are happy to help you find the right product you need for your project.
No! Usually, all production runs are carefully designed and manufactured based on technical specifications and actual order needs. Therefore, we do not hold our products in stock.
Payments will be made cash with order via direct bank transfer. We may accept 50% advance payment up front with the remaining balance paid against the shipping document. All prices are based on USD (Dollar $). We only support payment in USD (Dollar $).
5% discount will be applied to your payment if you place your order within 30 days. 3 % discount will be applied to your payment if you place your order within 60 days. 1 % discount will be applied to your payment if you place your order within 90 days. There will be no any discount if you expire the validity date of your quotation or if the period of order placement that we mentioned above is discontinued.
If you receive a written quote from us, the pricing will be honored for 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
We warrant to our customers that the products will be free from defects in material or workmanship. The “Warranty Period” is one (1) year from the date of shipment to Buyer. Consumables are expressly excluded from this warranty. By the way, your order is filled, checked, rechecked and packed with great care.
A reference number is an internal number that we assign to your order. It assists us in locating your order if you need to discuss it with us. When contacting us, you can refer to either the reference number or your purchase order number.
We ship Monday through Friday only. Orders received during the weekends and holidays are shipped during the next business day. If the product(s) is in stock, it will ship out the next day. If it is out of stock, an expected ship date will be given by the competent person in the Shipping Department of our company.
Products considered hazardous for shipping may require Safety Data Sheets (SDS), special packaging or handling, and additional shipping charges. Please contact us by e-mail at request@iensol.com to request specific details and charges.
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and we are able to send your order either to your workplace or to deliver it anywhere you want. We can ship your order via various shipping methods such as EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, CIP, CPT, DDU, DDP and DAP. You can choose one of these shipping methods which is the most suitable way for you. You may also choose to provide your Carrier Freight Account Number. If you wish to use one of your accounts, you must provide us with your account number. We can work with your designated freight forwarder or our affiliate partners. If you do not specify any shipping method, we will determine the most expedient and efficient means of shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. IENSOL cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and IENSOL is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
Shipping charges are determined at the time of shipment by product plus packaging weight, overall package dimensions, as well as any other special shipping requirements, such as HAZMAT materials. These charges will be calculated and added to your invoice, or in some cases, shortly thereafter via email or phone.
We place the highest priority on customer satisfaction and believe that our products are of the highest quality on the market. Sometimes mistakes may be done and orders may need to be canceled or postponed. When that is the case, or if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us immediately know how we can make it right. We’ll try to do our best to respond to your concern and get rid of the problem right away. All you need to do is that you should request a Return Authorization by keeping in touch with us at +994 (50) 227 88 86 or by e-mail through sales@iensol.com. Please note that we receive returns within 30 days of the date shipped to you. There may be some restrictions on certain products such as custom or special-order items, consumables, expired or open liquids, chemicals or reagents and so on. You will be advised of this at the time when you request a Return Authorization.
